- Serve as the travel systems Subject Matter Expert (SME), leveraging deep knowledge of Sabre, Power Agent 5, and advisor workflows to influence product direction.
- Define, refine, and validate product requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities to help bring new features to life.
- Test and validate agent point-of-sale experiences across Air, Hotel, Car, Cruise, and Tour bookings to ensure intuitive, high-quality solutions.
- Lead user validation sessions, usability testing, and feedback workshops with travel counselors, ensuring products solve real operational challenges.
