
Senior Project Manager
Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading high-complexity creative marketing projects and defined programs within the OnBrand (OB) organization. This role drives end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated programs with Director oversight, while leading and mentoring junior PMs across workstreams and contributing to process improvements across teams. The role requires strong executive presence and visibility with senior OnBrand and Marketing Partner stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Mastery of the OB creative process; successfully leads end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated programs and projects with Director oversight.
- Owns planning and delivery for defined programs, coordinating related projects and workstreams to ensure alignment and execution
- Provides day-to-day leadership to junior PMs across assigned workstreams, ensuring clear ownership and coordinated execution
- Partners with Account, Creative, Design, Dev, Production, and Strategy teams to execute projects on time
- Leads project and program approach discussions and provides recommendations to functional leads
- Leads retrospectives and applies learnings and best practices to improve future ways of working
- Drives alignment conversations with internal teams and Marketing Partners (MPs) to ensure readiness for project kickoff and execution
- Serves as a trusted partner to B40+ OnBrand leaders and MP stakeholders, providing clear visibility into status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions
- Expertly manages timelines, resourcing, and capacity in Workfront, including financial tracking, burn, and reporting
- Produces clear, concise and actionable documentation and meeting notes
- Proactively identifies risks and potential scope creep; assesses impacts to timeline, budget, and resources, recommends solutions, and leads the formal change management process when needed
Participates in annual planning and scoping, helping assess scope, timing, resources, dependencies, and budget needs

- Mentors and empowers junior PMs to take ownership and grow their skills, supporting development through coaching and targeted opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience (360 campaign management PM experience preferred)
- Experience managing $7MM–$10MM in total annual budget
- Experience leading and mentoring junior PMs across multiple workstreams
- Strong knowledge of creative production (digital, print, integrated campaigns)
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders

Salary range
- $103,750 - $174,750 per year
