Job Summary
Support purchasing and procurement activities by preparing SRM e-catalog orders for office and laboratory supplies, computers, and technical equipment.
Process and maintain purchasing documentation, including goods confirmations and supporting documentation, ensuring transactions comply with University requirements and standards.
Support reconciliation of accounts.
Track monthly animal inventories, and sales.
*Provide general administrative and financial support to the department, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service in all activities.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
