Cotton Craft, a Lexington-based online baby gifting company, is seeking a dependable and organized Packaging & Warehouse Lead Associate to support our order fulfillment operations.
This is an on-site, daytime position in Lexington. The associate will prepare and package customer orders, print packing slips and shipping labels, verify products and gift notes for accuracy, and ensure each package meets Cotton Craft’s quality and presentation standards before shipment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Pick, inspect, pack, and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Print and verify packing slips, gift notes, and shipping labels
• Perform final quality-control checks before orders are shipped
• Receive incoming merchandise and verify quantities and condition
• Organize products, shelves, bins, packing materials, and warehouse work areas
• Update inventory counts and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts
• Train, coordinate, and provide day-to-day guidance to other packaging associates
• Help assign packing tasks and ensure daily orders are completed on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Communicate order, inventory, or quality concerns promptly to management
The work schedule will consist primarily of weekday daytime shifts. We are seeking someone who can work consistently throughout the academic year and remain available in Lexington for most or all of the summer. This is a hands-on warehouse role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a small fulfillment team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Available to work weekday daytime shifts on-site in Lexington
• Able to remain available for work during most or all of the summer break
• Reliable transportation to and from the Lexington work location
• Able to follow written packing instructions and established procedures
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer, printers, and basic online order or inventory systems
• Able to work independently and provide direction to other packaging associates
• Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
• Professional, respectful, and able to maintain customer and order confidentiality
