Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $29.87 per hour.</li><li>Schedule - Sunday - Thursday</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Domicile Coordinator: <ul><li>Complete transportation pouches including route manifests, highlight keys, invoices, special customer notifications, maps and stores keys for drivers.</li><li>Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations, documenting pickup receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.</li><li>Develop and update driver and helper dispatch scheduled assignments daily.</li><li>Prepare and verify roadworthiness of tractor-trailer and maintain filing system for Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.</li><li>Call customers to inform them of variances in delivery times.</li><li>Provide timely reports to immediate supervisor as requested.</li><li>Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on backhaul premises.</li><li>Meet this position's physical demands.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Domicile Coordinator: <ul><li>High School Diploma.</li><li>CDL Class A License (Required).</li><li>Not have been convicted of a DWI/DUI within the past 5 years in any vehicle, public or private.</li><li>Be able to read and comprehend maps, labels, instructions, and bills of lading.</li><li>Be able to perform mathematical calculations to verify quantities of product.</li><li>Be able to use a Tractor-trailer, 2-wheel dolly, ramp, and on-board PeopleNet device. Knowledge of mainframe computer software (PeopleSoft) relating to record keeping/scheduling for drivers and helpers.</li><li>Experience in Windows environment and on Excel, Microsoft Word, and Access programs; or similar programs.</li><li>Good communication skills, ability to communicate in various methods with different levels.</li><li>Possess very strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Understanding of dispatch issues and procedures. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
