Responsibilities

  • Collect CNC tooling from machines and workstations.
  • Change inserts on cutting tools.
  • Organize the tool crib and tooling locations, maintain accurate fixture locations, and enter inventory into spreadsheets.
  • Monitor tooling and supply levels and notify Supervisors and Team Leads when inventory reaches minimum levels.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with CNC cutting tools preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including digital calipers and tape measures.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, including torque wrenches.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain an organized work area.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
