The candidate should be able to follow written and oral instructions accurately and demonstrate a mature attitude with a reliable and dependable work ethic. Physical Demands / Working Conditions 
The Facilities Support Associate will work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The role requires frequent physical activity, including lifting, bending, stooping, and climbing. The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require repetitive movements. Additionally, the position involves navigating campus environments, which include walking up and down stairs and traversing uneven surfaces. During inclement weather, the role will also involve cleaning and salting outdoor areas to ensure safety. Exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and noise from equipment is expected. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
