The role will be responsible for&nbsp;Collaborating with our customers and technical delivery teams to grow existing revenues, as well as drive new revenues for RGS solutions.&nbsp;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Develop relationships within the IC.</li><li>Responsible for Quarter over Quarter revenue growth.</li><li>Work closely with account solutions architects to identify key projects, programs, and offices to sell RGS solution stack.&nbsp;</li><li>Be the primary customer facing advocate who creates possibilities, solves problems, and establishes strategic relationships</li><li>Discover and analyze customers' business and technical problems and apply appropriate RGS solutions to address their needs</li><li>Provide trusted thought leadership both internally within RGS and with our customers</li><li>Responsible for Strategic Account Planning&nbsp;</li><li>Develop new solutions strategies within key accounts to establish proofs-of-concepts and pilot implementations</li><li>Responsible for entire sales process lifecycle: from demand generation to deal closure</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Minimum of 7+ years of experience selling IT solutions to US Government.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to IC customers. Preferred experience is around Kubernetes or DevSecOps environments but is not a requirement.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with a record of developing relationships at engineering, program management and executive levels.</li><li>Strong domain knowledge of IC.</li><li>Strong desire to work on a highly collaborative team</li></ul>
