The Peer to Peer program, located at our Quincy clinic, offers support to individuals living with mental illness during evenings when access to mental health services is typically unavailable. Funded by the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership and operated with our Emergency Services Program.&nbsp;&nbsp;Program Hours:&nbsp;Tuesday – Friday 3:30 pm – 9:00 pm&nbsp;&nbsp;Saturday and Sunday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm&nbsp;The mission of the Peer-to-Peer Program is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can connect with others whose shared experiences help them work through various stages of their recovery. The Recovery Coach is a member of the multidisciplinary team at the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). The CBHC service delivery model provides access to comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practice and assessment for the community and&nbsp;identified populations. The Recovery Coach provides support to CBHC clients by encouraging them to work towards their recovery and health goals, participate in recovery-oriented activities, and develop a network of sober supports. The Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) is an 8-bed, staff-secure, safe, and structured crisis stabilization and treatment services that serves as a medically necessary, less restrictive, and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. This position will work closely with the Clinical Coordinator, Mental Health Worker, Nurses and Psychiatric Prescriber. In this role, you will collaborate with development teams, solution architects, and enterprise leaders to standardize solutions, drive modernization, and align technology with business goals. The Expertise You Have An ideal candidate will have experience defining and promoting data architecture strategies, patterns, standards, and guidelines. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate strong technical leadership across complex projects and initiatives, with a proven ability to guide the adoption of cloud-native data solutions and modern data integration patterns. A deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and domain modeling is essential, along with a commitment to reusable architectural practices.
