Distribute project communication artifacts such as charter, budgets routinely to management, project team members, and other key stakeholders, actively soliciting and addresses feedback.Partner with key stakeholders to monitor budgets, forecast resource needs, and track key performance indicators.Ensure project documentation is maintained according to Project Management Office (PMO) standards and audit requirements.Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate implementation and sustainment activities. Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes. Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance. Consult across business operations, provide mentorship, and contribute specialized knowledge. Ensure that the facts and details are correct so that the projects meets the needs of the department, organization and legislation's policies, standards, and best practices.
