By driving sanctions requirements within operational risk methodologies, the team maintains a strong control environment &amp; effectively manages risk exposures.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own and manage Global Sanctions owned processes via the RCSA framework&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Sanctions GCO to ensure proper Mandate and Requirement mapping in GLI/BUAM.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with business unit Control Management teams to ensure 1st and 2nd line controls are properly mitigating Sanctions Risk.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Support prioritization and oversight of Smart Monitoring KRIs mitigating Sanctions risk.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Sanctions Product Owner and Technology teams to support and enhance certain model and non-model controls.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Track and ensure resolution for all Sanctions impacting issues/events in partnership with GFCC Issue Management team.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>&nbsp;Support 1st line teams with subject matter expertise on activities/controls to support risk reduction for event resolution.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Support Risk Assessment with SME knowledge for risk assessment question enhancements&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>&nbsp;Partner with Risk Assessment team on escalation and remediation activities based on Risk Assessment results&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Additionally, the candidate will need to successfully manage a team of analysts to execute against the team’s key responsibilities. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Significant understanding in US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, take on additional responsibilities, and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently/with minimal oversight&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work on multiple work streams across multiple business lines at the same time&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage and influence&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Support business initiatives by building and maintaining strong relationships with peers and key partners outside of the compliance organization&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong personal integrity and work ethic&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong computer knowledge; excellent MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Must be self-motivated, dependable, adaptable and detail oriented with a proven ability to work independently or within a team environment. &nbsp;</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of Sanctions experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA)/ Risk Assessment preferred&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Significant project management experience&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional qualification preferred (Law Degree, Compliance/AML Diploma, CAMS Certification with a Legal/Compliance/Control/Auditing background)&nbsp;</li></ul>Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
