The individual in this role is expected to be able to apply appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedures. An MRI Technologist at UKHC must be a graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, hold a Radiation Operator Certificate from the Kentucky Radiation Operators program, and be registered and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Will also require MRI registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within one year of hire date and candidate must be CPR certified/hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
