The administrator serves as a key resource in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle and ongoing system support.&nbsp;ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the implementation of Lending Origination System (LOS) products and modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment activities. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop, coordinate, execute, and document UAT test cases for LOS enhancements, upgrades, rate changes and new feature implementations. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the development of detailed specifications to support specific business needs while considering impacts to other departments and user experience. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in the development of detailed specifications to support specific business needs, taking into consideration the potential impacts on other departments and user experience. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Exercise discretion and independent judgment in monitoring and documenting system issues, escalating unresolved problems to senior administrators or IT teams. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Validate system changes to ensure they meet business and compliance requirements. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure system adoption. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain accurate records of test results, issues, and resolutions within the designated tracking system. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in the preparation of process updates, end-user documentation, and training materials. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support audit reviews by retrieving documents and verifying system accuracy. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Additional projects, responsibilities, or other duties assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong knowledge in consumer lending and loan products to support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong competency in working with LOS and core software applications to validate system changes and ensure business and compliance requirements are met. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to monitor, document, and resolve system issues, as well as participate in post-implementation reviews. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Effective project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including long- and short-term projects, in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Effective communication skills for collaborating with business users, IT teams, and vendors, and for providing training and gathering requirements. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Adept at identifying and improving deficient processes and procedures and implementing solutions to enhance system adoption and performance. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to system issues and user documentation. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Capable of working under tight deadlines, especially during configuration, testing, and deployment phases. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Quick to learn new software applications as needed to support evolving business needs and LOS enhancements.
