Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or (GED) required</li>
<li>Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English or Spanish.</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a Food production environment preferred but not essential</li>
<li>Food safety and sanitation knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude is a plus</li>
<li>Successful candidates will be able to work well in a team setting</li>
<li>Weekend work is required: You will work approximately (3) (12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday &amp; Sunday)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to work any shift and to change shifts or work extended shifts to provide coverage for vacations and absences or changes in schedules due to business demands</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Cleaning &amp; sanitizing of all surfaces &amp; equipment in the food production and storage areas</li>
<li>Disassembling equipment</li>
<li>Read chemical labels to ensure safe applications</li>
<li>Handle, mix and store cleaning chemicals</li>
<li>Add specified amounts of chemicals to equipment at required times to maintain solution levels and concentrations</li>
<li>Dry and Wet cleaning of Food contact surfaces, equipment and building structure</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize equipment using chemicals and foamier, pressure wash and/or sanitation sprayer</li>
<li>Manually scrub certain areas of machines using brushes, scrapers or scrub pads</li>
<li>Clean floors using powered floor scrubber</li>
