This position is responsible for representing the college with civic, business and educational leaders in the communities served and for planning and delivery of student services for the Lawrence campus
<h4>Essential Functions</h4>

<li>Represent the college with civic, business, and educational leaders in the communities served by the Lawrence Campus.</li>
<li>Manage and direct&nbsp; the daily operations at the Lawrence Campus including facility maintenance and security.</li>

<li>Assist as requested with recruitment efforts at area and regional schools as directed and outlined in the college recruitment plan.</li>
<li>Assist with the collaboration and leading of on-boarding activities at the Lawrence Campus</li>
<li>Provide indirect supervision and direct support of faculty assigned to the Lawrence Campus.</li>
<li>Provide updates and requests for improvement of operations and academic schedule to the Dean of Regional Services and Southern Campuses.</li>
<li>Respond to questions and requests for student and community-related requests through email and social media assigned to the Lawrence Campus.</li>
<li>Administers budget for Lawrence Campus according to regulations and guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide development, oversight of programs and services that result in enrollment, progression, retention and graduation growth for the service area.</li>

The Director will be responsible for initiating and executing comprehensive strategies around policy proposals in Washington that will support BMS Enterprise priorities to bring innovative treatments to patients. The individual will be responsible for implementing an outreach strategy with Members of the United States Congress that align with BMS’ patient focused principles.
