POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Director of Didactic Education is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the didactic (pre-clinical) phase of the Physician Assistant (PA) Program. This role requires effective leadership to ensure the program consistently meets student learning outcomes and programmatic goals related to didactic instruction.&nbsp;Working collaboratively with the Program Director and other members of the PA Faculty, the Director of Didactic Education ensures that the didactic phase is fully compliant with all ARC-PA Accreditation Standards. Two or more years' experience as a data scientist in eCommerce, Supply Chain or Logistics.</li><li>3 or more years' experience in leading data scientists. </li><li>Experience applying descriptive statistics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and visualization techniques to solve challenging business problems.</li><li>Expert knowledge in and ability to demonstrate hands-on capabilities with the following:</li><li>Statistical and machine learning techniques.</li><li>Data Science libraries in programming or scripting language Model deployment.</li><li>Machine learning workflows.</li><li>Proficient in Python + related ML libraries and frameworks (Ex: PyTorch).</li><li>Proficient in SQL and working with large datasets.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and model development and deployment technologies (e.g., Databricks).</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills (to both technical and business audiences).</li><li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to senior teams, and drive a data-driven culture within the organization.</li><li>MS Azure or Fabric experience/knowledge a plus.</li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
