This includes orientation leaders (40-45 students) and student assistants (4-8) that are paid, and the Welcome Week leaders (60-80 students) that are volunteers. a) Mentor and train student Orientation staff, fostering a strong sense of community and responsibility, with expectations commensurate to role and experience level (Orientation Assistants, Orientation Leaders, Orientation Coordinator, and Assistant Orientation Coordinator). b) Develop all work schedules to provide adequate coverage of office and programs. Monitor hours to remain compliant with University policy.
