The Director of People and Culture is an administrative leadership position that reports directly to the Vice President of People and Culture. This position provides operational leadership and management for all core human resources functions at Southwest Tennessee Community College, ensuring that HR practices are compliant, efficient, and service-focused in support of the College’s mission, values, and strategic planning. Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 
</li>
<li>Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible human resources experience with advanced functional knowledge of HR policies, processes, and business acumen.

<li>Must have direct supervisory experience overseeing the functional areas within scope of this position, including talent acquisition, classification and compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and records management.

<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading a professional team responsible for developing and executing HR programs and services across key functional areas. <h4>JOB SUMMARY:</h4>The Director, Compliance (“Director”) will oversee and strengthen OnPoint’s Compliance Management System (“CMS”), under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”). The Director will ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in alignment with the credit union’s future growth and culture of compliance. The Director will support the CCO in leading a collaborative regulatory compliance advisory team that provides ongoing expert guidance to all internal and external partners. The Director will support the ongoing maturity of OnPoint’s compliance processes and technology, focusing on operational efficiencies that mitigate compliance risk. Reporting to the University Director Student Affairs, the Associate University Director, Student Rights &amp; Responsibilities collaborates with university leadership to enhance the student experience across all campuses and online programs. This role focuses on implementing and evaluating initiatives that support student mental and physical well-being, increasing awareness and access to Accessibility Services, and promoting understanding of academic and behavioral conduct standards. The Associate Director also plays a key role in addressing student grievances and complaints and provides support for Title IX compliance. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and revising policies and processes, developing training for students and staff, establishing measurable outcomes and assessment methods, and preparing an annual strategic work plan and budget. The Director directs all aspects of the LVN &amp; ADN program including admission, orientation, advising, progression, graduation and, when necessary, the probation, appeal and dismissal of students.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Gather, collate, and disseminate program outcome data. Prepare and submit reports to Texas Board of Nursing for MEEP and ADN programs, Accrediting Commission for Nursing Education (ACEN) for ADN program, National League for Nursing (NLN), The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), and others</li><li>Monitor the quality of all instruction including program review and strategic planning. Evaluate nursing faculty and staff</li><li>Maintain approval and accreditation standards, preparing for self-studies, site visits, and follow-up reports</li><li>Ensure all applicants are qualified by meeting program admission requirements for respective program. Ensure that students meet graduation and licensure requirements</li><li>Participate on college and system-wide hiring and other committees as needed.
