Job Summary
The Federal Work Study: Student Videographer/Photographer works closely with the Video Production Specialist and other Marketing and Communications Department staff as assigned to develop video content that informs and inspires for digital and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to: social media, YouTube and broadcast. With keen attention to detail, The Federal Work Study: Student Videographer/Photographer supports the video and photography projects of the MarCom team. The Student Videographer/Photographer will play a collaborative role in strategic marketing and communications efforts to tell a cohesive and compelling story in alignment with the mission and vision of the College. 
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Assist Graphic Designer with photo library and organization</li>
<li>Create digital posters and flyers for use on campus TVs</li>
<li>Fold, organize, and deliver programs and other printed materials to departments around campus</li>
<li>Assist Graphic Designer with graphic projects using graphic design software</li>
<li>Assist in taking photos at college events and for marketing projects</li>
<li>Assist with graphic displays and promotional items</li>
<li>Assist with social media posts and support</li>
<li>Video and testimonials around campus of students and activities to be shared on social media</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be a registered student of Southwest Tennessee Community College.

<h4>Film &amp; Media Studies Program: Assistant Professor in Digital Media Studies</h4>The Film &amp; Media Studies Program at Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in digital media studies at the Assistant Professor level to begin in the fall semester of 2025.We seek scholars with expertise in the humanistic study of digital media. Possible areas of specialization include digital infrastructures, platforms, streaming, histories of technology, video games, AI, algorithmic culture, climate and environmental justice, mis/disinformation, and information access. FMS welcomes a diverse set of approaches including, but not limited to, global/transnational perspectives, archival and historiographic research, cultural analytics, and critical race, feminist, and queer frameworks. The successful candidate will be expected to rotate an introduction to digital media studies course into the program’s existing media studies curriculum.QualificationsCandidates must have Ph.D. in media studies, communication, or related field in hand no later than August 1, 2025, as well as an active research agenda and a commitment to excellent teaching.Application InstructionsApplications must include a cover letter which describes plans for a scholarly monograph, current CV, and a writing sample (up to approximately 30 pages).
