Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?&nbsp;&nbsp;<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Leads the planning and execution of logistics for protective services (PS) movements, events, and related security operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.</li><li>Manages and optimizes scheduling support for PS-related functions, including briefings, scouting/advance work, and team deployments, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Serves as one of the primary liaisons between executive assistants/staff, PS team leaders, travel teams and third-party security vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.</li><li>Tracks and manages invoicing, purchase orders, and other administrative functions tied to PS operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines, policies and procedures.</li><li>Manages the documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping for executive travel and security activity, ensuring thorough and accurate records.</li><li>Assists the PS senior manager, principal manager, and team leaders with overflow risk assessments, program updates, operational coordination, and ad hoc tasks, providing high-level support and insights.</li><li>Maintains and optimizes internal calendars and tracking tools to ensure alignment across security and executive schedules, improving overall efficiency.</li><li>Monitors and follows up on outstanding tasks, deliverables, and support requests tied to PS efforts, ensuring timely completion and accountability.</li><li>Ensures compliance with internal protocols, confidentiality expectations, and security guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of security and discretion.</li><li>A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4><ul><li>4 or more years of experience in logistical and administrative roles within a security function.</li><li>Experience coordinating and administrating protective services teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess a valid U.S. passport and CA driver's license.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid first-aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.</li><li>Ability to and willingness to travel on a limited basis as needed. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Experience in a law enforcement, government or professional executive protection organization and/or role.</li><li>Experience making high-stress decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience creating and utilizing SharePoint Sites and/or Dashboards.</li><li>Experience creating Power BI Dashboards.</li><li>Experience using Microsoft OneDrive.</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.</li><li>Experience with various scheduling software/programs.</li><li>Proven ability to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, executive assistants, and the public.</li><li>Possess analytic ability, creativity, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate at all levels.</li><li>Proven ability as a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>This position’s work mode is&nbsp;hybrid.&nbsp;The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and&nbsp;reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.&nbsp;The work mode can be changed based on business needs.</li><li>Visit our&nbsp;Candidate Resource&nbsp;page to get meaningful information related to benefits, perks, resources, testing information, hiring process, and more!</li><li>The primary work location for this position is Rosemead, CA.&nbsp;
