MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:</li><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>At least 5 years of outbound and inbound warehousing experience.</li><li>Knowledge of distribution systems.</li><li> Experience managing a large warehouse staff with experience in hiring, training, and motivating teammates and resolving employee relations issues.</li><li> Understand financial statements and resulting cost implications; identify financial issues and provide cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access).</li></ul> Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
