Track and manage progress towards execution of therapeutic specific analytics book of work across Medical launches, Field Medical initiatives, and Field Medical execution. Set up governance models to inform the relevant stakeholders regarding the progress on the Book of Work. Communicate the results of the requested data analytics/insights with relevant stakeholders through appropriate channels. Develop scorecards and ad-hoc analyses to monitor Field Medical execution for all key Medical events including launches, congresses, business/operational reviews, business initiatives and governance meetings.
