
Product Manager
We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the product development process, working closely with product owners, UX, development, marketing, and sales to bring innovative and engaging products to life.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the Discovery Process: You will guide the product discovery process, including market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis. Working with stakeholders, you'll define product requirements, determine technical feasibility in partnership with engineering, build P&Ls, establish clear success metrics, and effectively validate product concepts.
- Champion Product Execution: Work closely and iteratively with product owners, UX and development teams. You will provide clear direction, prioritize features based on value and user needs, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Iterate and Optimize: You will leverage product analytics tools and user feedback to continuously measure product performance. You'll identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and overall product success.
What You'll Bring:
Experience & Expertise
- 2-3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar role with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience managing SaaS, web-based, or digital products, including hands-on experience managing product backlogs in Jira (or similar Agile tools).
- A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, from initial ideation through launch and iteration - driven by a genuine passion for creating exceptional, user-centric product experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of interpreting data, drawing meaningful insights, and translating them into actionable product recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree.
Collaboration & Partner Management
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within cross-functional teams to build consensus and drive projects forward.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors, technology partners, or content providers, including managing external stakeholder expectations and timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align different teams around a shared vision.
Nice to Have (AI Experience)
- Familiarity with AI powered products, generative AI, or LLM-enabled user experiences.
- Experience working on AI features, prompt design, or evaluating AI capabilities.

The annual base salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members. Employees living within a 50-mile radius will be scheduled to work two days per week in our Thorofare, NJ location.
