

Warehouse Associate II - 1st Shift
Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is critical to supporting the daily operations of our aerospace fittings manufacturing facility by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant shipment and receipt of materials, parts, and finished products.
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities
·Reviewing work orders and pulling inventory to support business needs
·Loading and unloading inventorying within the stockroom/warehouse
·Preparing inventory for various utilization throughout the production process
·Transport and move inventory throughout the facility
·Receiving inventory from shipping docks: consumables, direct material, outside processing.
·Staging outgoing product for shipments
·Creating documents and package for shipment
·Coordinating with internal stakeholder on shipment dates and process
·Releasing product to the various departments within the facility.
·Accurately document inventory movements in ERP or inventory systems (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar)
·Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Production, and Purchasing to ensure material flow aligns with production schedules
·Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
·Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
·Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and aerospace industry standards
Job Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
Must be able to read and write detailed instructions and specifications in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working knowledge of inventory control systems and computer skills (email, Excel, ERP systems)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with aerospace-grade packaging, documentation, and handling standards (e.g., MIL-STD)
Forklift certification a plus
Knowledge of fittings, hardware, and aerospace part specifications plus understanding of ITAR, EAR and other export compliance regulations
Working Environment
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
Manufacturing / warehouse setting
Compensatin Range:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
