Position Summary
The Writing and Learning Center (WLC) Program Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Writing and Learning Center. The WLC Program Leader reports to the Director of Learning Support Services.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree.
Required Work Experience
One (1) year of experience working in academic support or closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English or other writing-related field.
- Experience working in a writing center in higher education.
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations
None specified.
Work Hours
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with extended hours as needed to meet departmental goals.

Typical office environment.
