Training &amp; Compliance Specialist&nbsp;Summary:&nbsp; Coordinate all training activities for staff, board members, families, providers, and other stakeholders of the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Assess training needs and coordinates training activities as appropriate or as requested by Director including but not limited to New Employee Orientation, Mandated Training Topics, Provider, Family and Stakeholder Trainings.</li><li>Oversee agency compliance with all mandatory training topics.
