This team is responsible for designing and implementing compliance’s program for the management of compliance risk related policies and standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with the development of a sustainable Policies and Standards governance program for the compliance organization</li><li>Manage process for ensuring policies and standards meet governance expectations (e.g., reviewed annually, updated as part of CMS lifecycle, etc.)</li><li>Ensure consistency in content and quality of documents</li><li>Collaborate with other risk governance functions to manage the policy hierarchy</li><li>Support audits and exams as needed</li><li>Provide program metrics and reporting</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry, specific expertise in policy and procedure governance and compliance risk management preferred</li><li>Extreme attention to detail to ensure policy and standard frameworks are applied consistently across different subject areas</li><li>Excellent writing and project management skills</li><li>Experience preparing reporting and program metrics for senior stakeholders</li><li>Willingness to think outside the box, ask questions and raise concerns</li><li>Understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Understanding of regulatory frameworks and general regulatory knowledge, including consumer protection and compliance management systems preferred</li><li>Experience communicating and working with risk professionals to socialize new requirements and problem solve</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation, leveraging technology and data analytics</li><li>Strong team player, and self-motivation with the ability to handle multiple work streams across geographical locations and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously</li><li>Team management experience</li><li>Professional regulatory compliance certification preferred (CRMC, CAMS, CCEP, CIP)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business, or a related field required; JD or Master’s degree preferred.</li></ul>Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
