As a member of the Center’s Strategy and Impact team, they will evaluate how the Center’s student offerings—spanning fellowships, internships, research assistantships, and real-world learning in city government—shape student learning, career pathways, and city capacity. In this job, you will serve as the contributor on implementation teams and single point of contact for NextGen design workshops as well as participate in the development of tools, data readiness efforts and processes needed to ensure a successful implementation of Initiation, Plan, Schedule, Execution, and Close (IPSEC) principles in Work Management for Transmission &amp; Distribution. In order to help oversee NextGen Work Management Initiation &amp; Planning efforts, this position is expected to be a subject matter expert in all aspects related to the Initiation and Planning processes within the IPSEC model for T&amp;D. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide support for key decisions and to secure buy-in for fit-to-standard and custom solutions developed to meet business needs.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of business operations software and systems ensuring that business requirements are met for assigned business process area.</li><li>Lead implementation workshops and other forums to gather, synthesize, and validate information, ensuring a robust understanding of existing business processes and requirements.</li><li>Conduct thorough evaluations during the implementation phase to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in current procedures.</li><li>Challenge the status quo, drive transformational change, and recommend practical solutions that align with implementation goals.</li><li>Analyze and synthesize data and process flows, incorporating best practices to support the implementation strategy. Make informed recommendations or decisions based on this analysis, and present key findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Design and document future state business processes and requirements that align with the new system capabilities.</li><li>Collaborate with technical team experts to enhance processes, including performing comprehensive user integration testing. Provide functional guidance and supervision to analysts.</li><li>Build relationships and interact with peers, managers, system integration (SI) partners, directors, and all levels of leadership to achieve implementation objectives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and support other work activities that align with project milestones.</li><li>A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Seven or more years of business operations and/or transformation experience.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience leading teams and presenting complex information to medium to large audiences</li><li>Experience and knowledge of T&amp;D Work Management functions in relation to the IPSEC model.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience working in Transmission, Distribution, Generation and/or Sub Station business units.</li><li>Experience in collaboration workshops</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>This position’s work mode is&nbsp;hybrid.
