Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree. Four years supervisory experience in an education setting in the area of administration, teaching or related field.

Ph.D. in Education or closely related field. Knowledge of Banner. Experience in higher education developing and coordinating various community, industry and educational partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of Baccalaureate degree and an ACS credential; or possess a minimum of a Master’s degree and a sonography credential in the discipline of cardiovascular or general sonography • Must minimally possess the appropriate credentials specific to the concentrations offered; (e.g., Adult Echocardiography and Vascular Technology), in addition to at least one other required credential in general sonography (Abdomen &amp; Obstetrics &amp; Gynecology) • Documented experience in supervision, instruction, evaluation, student guidance and in educational theories and techniques. • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated full-time clinical experience as a registered sonographer

Serve as backup to the co-Assistant Director of Financial Aid, as needed but particularly with professional judgement, dependency overrides, homeless youth determinations, and R2T4s. Direct resolution of engagement reporting throughout the term and during end-of-term processing. Evaluate and determine appropriate resolution for any over awards, coordinate with other employees within the office to resolve. Coordinate with the Student Account &amp; Billing Office on the state aid fund account numbers needed for application of state aid on the Finance side. Coordinate with Records and Student Account &amp; Billing Offices on the resolution of duplicate student records in Banner. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervision of the Supervisor, Service Coordinators, Counselors, and all other positions, as necessary, as well as staff scheduling.</li><li>On site supervision of cooks, administrative assistant and maintenance staff.</li><li>Weekly individual and group supervisory meetings.</li><li>Perform periodic evaluations and participate in hiring and dismissing staff.</li><li>All intake procedures, including screening of applicants and reporting to the Single Point of Access (SPA).</li><li>Compliance with NYSOMH and SPA procedures.</li><li>Maintain program occupancy rates.</li><li>Compliance with LIHTC and AHP regulations, including eligibility determination, annual certifications and any other reporting requirements, as necessary.</li><li>Cooperation with the Property Management department re: site maintenance and safety issues, as well as the accounting department.</li><li>Crisis Intervention (including 24/7 cell phone coverage).</li><li>Coordination of coverage in times of staff turnover.</li><li>Collaboration with other housing providers through committees, special projects, etc., as well as community outreach.</li><li>Responsible for assisting staff and clients with issues related to securing and maintaining entitlement income.</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.</li></ul> Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000&nbsp; Position Requirements Masters Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or other related field.&nbsp; Minimum of five (5) years experience working in a residential setting with similar populations. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or training.
