Job Summary
Reporting to the Dean of Technologies, the Aviation Department Program Director is responsible for managing the FAA Airframe and Power Plant program, and coordinating with the FAA to meet Federal Aviation Regulations. Additionally, the director is responsible for teaching an average of 15 credit hours each semester with optional release time. As the site coordinator for the aviation hangar, the Program Director is responsible for ensuring the facility is well-maintained by submitting repair work orders and performing periodic facility inspections.
