Primary focus is related to administrative functions and tenant / vendor relations including, but not limited to the following: collection of vendor bids and preparation of contracts related to repairs, maintenance and Capital Improvement projects; review and coding of all vendor invoices; coding and processing of all Job Cost related documents; re-class of expenses; coordination of vendor work, annual inspections (ex. Your Role:
