<h3>Job Description:</h3>This role is for a Mainframe Hardware Support Technician in the Omaha Data Center. The Mainframe Hardware team is comprised of three Omaha engineers and three Raleigh engineers and one team manager. Our team operates within the Data Center and Colo Operations group, under Data Center and Network Services. We provide all major mainframe hardware support from installation and configurations to maintenance and technology refresh, utilizing vendor support teams.
