The role is not expected to provide securities recommendations to clients.As the Wealth Relationship Officer, you will:<ul><li>Provide high quality sales support to an individual or team of WRMs</li><li>Reduce the time spent on process and administrative tasks by WRM to increase WRM’s capacity to meet clients, address client’s needs, and conduct higher value activities which will contribute to the overall cost efficiency ratio</li><li>While the WRM is the defined owner of the client relationship, the WRO plays a pivotal role in supporting the WRM for the banking portions of their assigned portfolio</li><li>Support WRMs to manage client contact and service, including, in the absence of WRMs answering client calls, resolving client enquiries on transactional needs, and facilitating a smooth hand-off to the correct channels where appropriate, and managing key event reminders to maintain active client contact</li><li>Provide sales support to licensed sales staff including preparing and completing sales documents, managing data input and report generation, and liaising with support functions to follow through client purchase process requirement.</li></ul>For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $53,300.00 and $79,900.00The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employee’s overall total compensation and benefits. Requirements You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:<ul><li>Series 7, 63 and life and health insurance licenses required.
